Job summary

Subway IP Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for its Church Street store in Lancaster. You will supervise a small team, prep and serve Subway sandwiches, and deliver excellent customer service while managing daily operations.

The role involves 8-16 hours per week with the Subway franchise and offers benefits such as accured holiday pay, free meals on shift, and a discount program. Applicants must be 21+ and able to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable and in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude is required.
• Must be able to operate a computerised Point of Sale system.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience:

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable and in a supervisory role. Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude is required

Physical:

Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerised Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
