Job summary

Tesco PLC in Brighton is seeking a Shift Lead to help run the store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will lead the team, coordinate day-to-day queries, and act as the senior on-site presence when the Manager is away.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
