Job summary

Tesco PLC in the United Kingdom is looking for a Shift Lead to guide store teams and ensure a great customer experience. You’ll be the go-to person for daily store operations and help deliver service across departments.

This role offers guaranteed hours, flexible shift patterns, and opportunities to grow within Tesco’s retail operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll develop leadership and service skills while supporting colleagues and customers.

Job description

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. • A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
