Job summary

Tesco PLC in Swansea is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver a great in-store experience. You will lead a small team, coordinate daily operations, and support managers in the absence of leadership, ensuring smooth service across departments.

This role offers flexible hours, minimum 16 hours per week, and opportunities to grow within Tesco. You will engage with customers and colleagues to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.

Job description

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
