B&Q Kendal is hiring for a Shift Lead in a keyholder role. The position is full-time (36.75 hours per week) with a permanent contract and shifts from 6am to 8pm. You’ll be a big part of delivering ideas, advice, tools and confidence to customers to help them create homes they’ll love.

This role sits within our Kingfisher family; you’ll support daily operations, customer service excellence and team leadership while upholding our standards across the store.
