Harts Group is seeking a Supervisor for El Pastor Restaurant in Soho, London. The role focuses on supporting managers, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring food safety and allergen awareness on a busy floor.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory role on a busy bar/restaurant floor.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Good knowledge of menus, ingredients and allergens.
• Adherence to Food Safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong team ethic and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Experience in a supervisory role, or one years’ experience working in a high-volume bar or Restaurant in London.
• Supporting colleagues on the floor and assisting Managers
• Ensuring exceptional quality service is consistently delivered
• Following opening and closing procedures
• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Strong command of English language
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
