Harts Group is seeking a Supervisor for El Pastor Restaurant in Soho, London. The role focuses on supporting managers, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring food safety and allergen awareness on a busy floor.

Qualifications

• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards

Supervisor | El Pastor Restaurant | Soho, London

El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor.

We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. We are proud to have been awarded a Star by the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
