Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Peterborough is looking for a Shift Lead who will help run the store during peak trading times. You’ll lead the floor, deliver fast, friendly service and keep standards high across stock, cleanliness and safety.

You’ll coordinate tasks, allocate resources and support colleagues with energy and confidence. The role requires a proactive mindset, digital fluency with store systems and flexibility to cover alternate weekends and varying shifts.

Alternate weekends. Five days from:
06:00-14:00 Sunday
04:00-12:00 Monday to Saturday
or
12:30-20:30 Sunday
14:00-22:00 Monday to Saturday

To comply with health and safety legislation and keep our colleagues safe in the workplace, colleagues in this role must be 18 years of age or older.

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
