Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Team Support Manager to coordinate and lead fill operations on the sales floor, ensuring readiness to trade and a fast, accurate payment experience. You will coach colleagues on One Best Way, allocate resources, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while delivering great customer service and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience leading fill operations and coordinating store resources.
• Ability to role model customer service and M&S behaviours.

Responsabilités

• Lead the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity for store opening.
• Coordinate resources to deliver tasks during the fill operation and in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience and smooth checkout.
• Enable daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across the area, at the correct times.
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Create a great team atmosphere that is inclusive of everyone.
• Role model great Customer Service and M&S behaviours across the store.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to improve performance and recognition.
• Support nearby stores if operationally required.
• Be a key holder and respond to call outs as needed.
• Handle opening/closing tasks, cash handling and TSL compliance in peripheral hours.

Responsible for tasks related to the opening and closing of the building, including receipt of vehicles, temperature controls, logging operational issues with relevant Helpdesks, cash handling and TSL compliance in peripheral hours.
