B&Q Great Yarmouth is seeking a Part time Shift Lead to oversee store operations during an 18-hour week, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. This permanent role offers a pro-rated package with an annual salary around £27,709.50.

As Shift Lead you will deploy colleagues, be the first point of contact, and keep the store compliant with safety standards. The role spans early starts to late finishes, with a competitive pension, 6.6 weeks holiday, and shopping
