Job summary

B&Q Basildon is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily store operations with safety and reliability. You will oversee your shift to ensure a great customer and colleague experience and help the store meet its goals.

The role requires supporting either store opening or closing with early starts as 5am or late finishes around 11pm, depending on business needs. A Permanent contract and part-time hours are offered.

£18,844 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

As a keyholder, you'll be required to support either store opening or store closing duties. This means shifts can start as early as 5am or finish as late as 11pm, depending on the needs of the business.

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You're the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily.
