Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead in Desford to oversee warehouse operations for the HPC Nuclear Build, ensuring items are received, prepared, and dispatched safely while leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.

The role is a full-time permanent position with Monday to Friday 6am–6pm shifts. The salary is up to £17.94 per hour with four-weekly pay, plus 25 days of annual leave and bank holidays.

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Shift Lead to join our team in Desford, supporting the Hinkley Point C (HPC) Nuclear Build, the first in a new generation of UK power stations delivering low-carbon electricity to millions of homes. You'll oversee warehouse operations, ensuring items are received, prepared, and dispatched safely and compliantly to site, while leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results.

This is a full-time permanent position. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6am to 6pm. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!
