Job summary

Greencore Group in Northampton seeks an Engineering Team Leader to guide a team of engineers maintaining and improving plant performance. You will manage a shift, prioritise workload and drive uptime across critical lines at our Northampton site.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited apprenticeship or equivalent with Level 3 qualification.
• Knowledge of permit systems, risk assessments and method statements.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on fault finding on various manufacturing machinery and PLC awareness.

Responsibilities

• Head an engineering shift team to create a high performing culture.
• Plan and prioritise shift workload to meet production targets.
• Execute the preventative maintenance schedule to maximise uptime.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety requirements.
• Maintain documentation, reports and CMMS data in real time.
