Job summary

Equans Group is seeking a Shift Engineering Supervisor in Westminster, London to lead a skilled engineering team delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive works. You will ensure tasks meet SLAs while upholding high safety standards and strong commercial awareness aligned with contract KPIs.

The role requires experience in building services with electrical, HVAC and maintenance knowledge, plus a full clean driving licence and eligibility for CTC clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services with knowledge across electrical infrastructure, HVAC and general maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise engineering teams effectively.
• Practical, flexible and able to manage own workload using initiative.
• Full clean driving licence plus current or ability to gain CTC clearance.
• Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and competent in commercial and contract management considerations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of engineers delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within agreed service level agreements.
• Maintain high standards of safe working practices and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop effective working relationships and demonstrate strong commercial awareness in line with contract KPIs.
