Job summary

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Electrical Competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent
• Electrical knowledge for building services in critical environments is essential
• Experience with CMMS and BMS systems is required
• Time-served electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience is preferred
• Experience in banking environment or similar sector is advantageous
• 39th Edition/IEE Regulations compliance (17th Edition) preferred
• ACoPs L8 knowledge beneficial
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned preventative maintenance across HV/LV distribution, plant, equipment, and HVAC systems
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) for running and alarm conditions
• Attend to air conditioning-related client issues
• Conduct building walk-rounds, take meter readings, investigate faults
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Ensure repairs comply with current regulations
• Assist with installation works and emergency call-out rosters
• Develop understanding of portfolio buildings and layouts
• Build strong relationships with Facilities Managers and client staff
• Promote safe working practices and quality standards
• Suggest improvements to service levels and delivery
