Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Shift Engineer for a high-speed manufacturing facility in Bromborough. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (two days and nights) with a focus on preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.

You will join a maintenance team responsible for repairs across a wide range of equipment, services, systems and buildings to support reliable production. Industrial experience and an electrical bias are essential.

Qualifications

• Multi skilled maintenance Engineer with manufacturing experience.
• Experience handling PPM and breakdowns in a busy site.
• Electrical bias in maintenance roles is essential.
• UK-based manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support with repairs across a wide range of equipment, services and systems on a large site.
• Carry out preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdowns to keep production running.
• Work as part of a maintenance team to support high-speed manufacturing operations.
