Trevett Services are seeking a technically sound Shift Engineer to cover M&E maintenance across a high-end corporate building in London Bridge. The role involves both PPM and reactive tasks, fault-finding on UPS/generators/LV systems, and being client facing.

The 4 on 4 off pattern includes day and night shifts, with hours 7:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00 as required. You will be supported with training and development opportunities, including qualifications such as HVAP, and a comprehensive benefits

Formación

• FM industry experience required.
• A level 3/equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 18th edition electrical regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Cover M&E maintenance across building (PPM & reactive).
• Fault finding on UPS, generators, LV systems, and control panels.
• Maintain AHU/FCU and emergency lighting.
• Work in a high-end corporate building and interact with clients.

Based in London Bridge

Trevett Services are working with one of the largest and fastest growing Facilities Management providers in the UK. My client is interested in speaking with technically sound electrical shift engineers to potentially join their team in London Bridge.

The Role:

As a shift engineer, you will be solely responsible for covering all M&E maintenance, both PPM and reactive across the building. Being client facing is a must as you will be working in a high-end corporate building, covering all landlord services.

Typical duties include fault-finding, UPS, generators, LV systems control panels, power distribution, lamping, emergency lighting testing/maintenance, AHU & FCU maintenance and much more.

You will be on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern that includes both days and nights, with hours of work being 7 - 7.
