Shift Engineer duties will include:

• Managing maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Conducting regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and service requests.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a maintenance role within a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are desirable.
