Job Description:

Skilled Careers is currently recruiting for an electrical maintenance engineer to be based in a commercial building located in Euston.

Working with a large maintenance team, he or she will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric PPM & reactive maintenance.

Hours of work: 07:00am – 19:00pm – 4 on 4 off (Days only).

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ in electrical
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling units
• Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
• AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
• Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
• Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
• Water pressurization units
