Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Shift Engineer or similar position in a 5 star Hotel.
• Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
• Good communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.

Responsibilities

• Care for the hotel during day and night shifts to ensure guests receive the best experience.
• Check all essential plant and repairs during the day shift.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical work, set out jobs from drawings, and requisition materials; instruct operatives.
• Deal with day to day requests and work with other engineers on the PPM programs.

What you'll do

As a Shift Engineer, you'll enjoy
your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for caring
  for the Hotel during their day and night shifts to ensure our guests receives
  nothing but the best experience.
• You will be responsible for checking
  all essential plants and repairs where necessary during their day.
• You will carry out mechanical and
  electrical work, setting out jobs from drawings, specifications and requisition
  the necessary installation materials as well as instruct operatives in the
  methods to complete the job.
• You
  will be dealing with day to day requests
• You
  will be working together with other Engineers on the PPM programs
