Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Junior Shift Electrical Engineer for a large static site in Edinburgh. The role focuses on electrical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and assisting with building fabric works within SLAs. You will also handle callouts and support contractor management on site.

The position requires City & Guilds Level 2/3, 18th Edition, and a full UK driving licence. Rotating shifts include days, backs, and nights with salary up to £39,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2/3.
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Good communication skills; client facing.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works as issued.
• Maintain other building services including basic fabric, HVAC and mechanical tasks.
• Provide callout response as per rota.
• Assist in contractor control and monitoring; issue Permits to Work.
