Job summary

Shift Electrician role with our client in the UK requires delivering planned and reactive FM maintenance on electrical systems, including HVAC, motors and LV/HV equipment. You will manage inspections, logs and safety compliance while performing repairs and installations as needed.

Ideal candidates hold City & Guilds 236/232 Parts 1&2 or NVQ Level 3, with IEE 18th Edition and 2391 inspection capabilities, plus proven LV/HV maintenance experience in commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Experience with LV and HV electrical maintenance in commercial services.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety procedures and statutory regulations.
• Excellent fault finding and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive electrical works on HVAC, motors, pumps and LV/HV systems.
• Record inspection logs and remedial work accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Carry out electrical repairs and installations as required and report defects.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
