Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Shift Electrical Engineer to deliver maintenance services across healthcare estates in Coventry. The role involves diagnosing faults, performing electrical and/or plumbing maintenance, and delivering high workmanship across complex systems.

You will monitor tasks in the CAFM system, ensure timely resolution, and observe health and safety regulations. The position supports career development within a leading facilities management provider.

Qualifications

Experience diagnosing and repairing faults across engineering, electrical and/or plumbing systems.
NVQ level 3 in Electrical engineering or equivariant
Completion of a structured training programme in Electrical Engineering for a minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities

Interpret and make judgements across a wide range of issues in maintenance and emergencies.
Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and/or plumbing installations, adapting to new situations.
Deliver high standards of workmanship across complex systems.
Monitor the CAFM system to ensure tasks are timely and issues resolved.
Observe health and safety and relevant regulations.
