Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the gap between floor and management. You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic. You’ll handle cashing up and compliance while staying as a front-and-centre role model.

The role offers a clear path with structured training to progress to Assistant Manager and beyond, plus perks and wellbeing support within a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality pro with server or supervisor experience.
• Natural leader with ability to guide a team during busy service.
• Energetic, reliable and positive; passionate about guest smiling.
