The successful candidate will deliver strategic SHEQ priorities, ensuring full legal compliance and promoting a safety-first culture. Responsibilities include coordinating SHEQ activities, conducting audits, and leading investigations into incidents.

Applicants should have a degree or diploma in Safety & Environmental Management and proven construction industry experience. A competitive salary of up to £55,000 is offered, along with benefits such as a company car and flexible hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HSEQ standards within the construction industry.
• Experience working in sectors related to earthmoving, EV charging, or concrete repair.
• Ability to lead investigations into accidents and near misses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and organize training for Field Engineers and Installers.
• Lead and coordinate all aspects of SHEQ activities.
• Maintain and improve LRQA accredited management systems.

Skills

Degree or Diploma in Safety & Environmental Management

Proven experience within the Construction or Industrial Electrical industry

Full UK driving license

Excellent working knowledge of HSEQ law

NEBOSH Construction Certificate

Up to date knowledge of British Building Regulations
