Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Swansea is seeking a SHEQ Coordinator (Construction / Geotechnical) to improve health, safety, environmental and quality performance across diverse projects.

The role blends site and office work with hybrid arrangements, including audits, risk assessments, inductions, training and ongoing ISO standards support.

NEBOSH certificate and a full UK driving licence are essential. Salary £40,000–£48,000 plus a company car, fuel card, 25 days holiday and life insurance.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH certificate and knowledge of ISO standards.
• Experience in a Health and Safety position within a similar environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide SHEQ advice and guidance across office, site and field-based operations.
• Prepare and review risk assessments.
• Carry out internal audits, site inspections and SHEQ Performance reviews.
• Provide inductions and training where applicable.
• Support relevant ISO standards.
• Working across the South of England and South Wales with hybrid availability.
• Monday to Friday, 8 - 5.
