Job summary

The Health and Safety Partnership Limited is seeking a Safety Health Environmental Quality Manager to lead SHEQ across our North West operations, with a strong focus on Health & Safety.

You will guide the Operations and Projects teams, ensure CDM deliverables, improve standards, deliver inductions and training, and manage risk assessments, audits and records in a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Health and Safety role at manager level.
• Experience in construction, energy, engineering, facilities management or M&E projects.
• Experience with risk assessments, audits and inspections.
• Knowledge of CDM requirements.
• NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction minimum; Diploma or GradIOSH preferred.
• Strong communication to advise and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide Health and Safety advice to the Operations and Projects Team.
• Ensure project-based CDM deliverables are met.
• Improve Health and Safety standards.
• Complete monthly Health and Safety data reports.
• Keep up to date with legislation and Company standards.
• Develop and manage risk assessments, audits and inspections; follow through actions.
• Maintain Health and Safety records.
• Deliver Health and Safety inductions and training.
