Job summary

SER Limited is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager for roofing and cladding projects. The role covers safety, health, environmental and quality across UK sites with hybrid and site-office options in Clitheroe, Doncaster or Cannock.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, cladding, façades or building envelope projects.
• Strong on-site safety, quality and environmental management.
• Willing to work across UK sites with hybrid/office options.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
• Support project teams with RAMS, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Manage quality assurance from pre-start through to handover.
• Investigate incidents, near misses and non-conformances.
• Deliver toolbox talks, SHEQ briefings and site coaching.
• Ensure CDM, HSE compliance and relevant standards.
