Job summary

Catering in Clitheroe is recruiting a SHEQ Manager to lead safety, health, environmental and quality standards across the business. You will drive compliance, audits and continuous improvement while working with senior management and site teams.

The role offers progression opportunities to Directorship, a £45,000–£55,000 salary, a company vehicle or car allowance, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SHEQ across roofing, cladding, facades, construction or building envelope sectors.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and construction compliance.
• Experience with site inspections, audits and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHEQ strategy, policies and procedures across the business.
• Ensure CDM 2015, HSE, British Standards, Building Regulations compliance.
• Investigate incidents and non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and coaching to site teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee risk assessments and safe systems of work.
