Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a SHEQ & ISO Manager for our concrete manufacturing operations in Leeds. The role focuses on implementing high health, safety, environmental, ISO and quality standards across precast production.

The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH qualification, have precast/construction sector experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to manage audits and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Safety management within precast/construction sectors.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and QEHS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement health, safety, environmental, ISO and quality standards across production of precast concrete systems.
• Ensure products meet specifications, regs and customer expectations.
• Drive health and safety performance via risk management, investigations and safe working practices.
• Plan and oversee internal and external audits; address non-conformances with corrective actions.
