Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited in Derby seeks a SHEQ Manager for precast concrete manufacturing to lead health, safety, environmental and quality standards across production.

You will ensure products meet specifications, regulatory standards and customer expectations, driving performance via risk management, audits and corrective actions. NEBOSH is essential; manufacturing experience and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a Health and Safety Manager, SHEQ or equivalent position.
• Ideal to have manufacturing industry experience.
• Must have NEBOSH qualification.
• Experienced in all areas of Health and Safety: policies, risk assessment, training, audits and reporting.
• Knowledge of BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 in a heavy production environment.
• CMIOHS accreditation would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and leadership skills.

The role of the SHEQ Manager - Precast Concrete Manufacturing will involve:

The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ Manager - Precast Concrete Manufacturing with:
