Job summary

VanRath Search & Selection is recruiting a SHEQ Advisor (Fitout) in Antrim, Northern Ireland, to lead safety, health, environmental and quality efforts across commercial fit-out projects. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensuring ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance.

Salary 40,000–45,000 GBP per year, plus DOE and benefits. You will conduct site inspections, support RAMS reviews, and drive audits and training to uphold high standards across

Qualifications

• Previous SHEQ/HSEQ experience in construction or fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction health and safety requirements.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and risk assessments.
• Experience with ISO management systems (9001/14001/45001).

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, support and assurance on IMS and ISO compliance.
• Undertake regular site inspections and audits.
• Review RAMS and construction phase plans.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Support internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Promote SHEQ training and toolbox talks.
• Maintain documentation and records for SHEQ.
• Assist with environmental and quality objectives.
