Job summary

The Yorkshire Cricket Foundation seeks a Cricket Development Officer to cover the Sheffield region, delivering inclusive cricket programmes across schools, clubs, leagues and communities within a defined area of Yorkshire.

You will support the Development Manager, work with partners, promote equality and safeguarding, collect data for impact reporting, and help grow participation and the sustainability of cricket in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s demonstrable experience delivering cricket or sport programmes in clubs, schools or community settings.
• Experience of working with clubs, leagues or community partners to develop participation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and inclusive cricket activity locally, across schools, clubs, leagues and communities.
• Support the Development Manager with planning, evaluation and reporting.
• Promote equality, safeguarding and inclusion across delivery and partnerships.
• Build effective working relationships with clubs, leagues and local authorities.
