Job summary

Resource Recruitment is seeking a Sheet Metal Worker for an ongoing contract in Ferndown, Dorset. The role involves cutting metal to specifications, following job cards and drawings, and using hand and power tools to prepare materials for production.

You will read drawings, work quickly and accurately, and maintain a can-do attitude. Hours are 39 per week, Monday-Thursday 7:30-16:45 and Friday 7:30-12:30, with a pay rate of £14.50 per hour (£29,406 per annum).

Qualifications

• Previous background working within sheet metal cutting/fabrication.
• Ability to read and work from drawings / job cards.
• Ability to pick things up quickly.
• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
