Job summary

FAB24 in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Guillotine Operator for our Glasgow site. The role requires prior experience with sheet metal guillotines and confidence working in a fast-paced, process-driven manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Guillotine Operator in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Experience operating sheet metal guillotines, preferably Amada.

Responsibilities

• Operate sheet metal guillotines to precise tolerances.
• Monitor production quality and adjust settings as needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

Previous experience within the manufacturing industry. Candidates must have previous experience of operating sheet metal Guillotines Gasparini, Trumpf, Axe and Status, Amada (FAB24 currently have 4 Amada guillotines) and should be confident working in a fast paced process driven manufacturing environment, be looking to settle in long term or permanent employment and have an enthusiastic, can do approach to their work.
