Job summary

Advanced Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Guillotine operator for a large sheet metal company in the West Midlands. The role involves operating a guillotine, reading drawings, and working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum to produce bespoke products.

You will carry out quality checks, meet productivity targets and adhere to health and safety regulations. Starting rate is £13.00–£13.50 per hour with dayshift hours 7am to 4:30pm, with a path to permanent employment on

Are you an experienced Guillotine operator looking for a new opportunity?

At Advanced Resourcing we specialise in supplying temporary and permanent staff within manufacturing & Engineering across the U.K

We are currently recruiting for a large sheet metal company that work on various bespoke products for a number of companies in the /West Midlands area.

Due to increase in orders they are looking for an experienced guillotine operator to join their team.

The Job Role

• Operator a guillotine machine
• Reading from engineering drawings and liaising with the design team.
• Working with mild steel, stainless and aluminium
• Working a bespoke products.
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Working to productivity targets
• Working with raw materials
• Adhere to health & safety regulations

Experience/Requirements

• Read engineering drawings to high standard
• Comfortable with physical work
• Happy to work to productivity targets

The Package

• 12 week temporary to permanent contract.
• Starting rate £13.00 £13.50
• Working hours are days 7am till 4:30
