Workforce Staffing Ltd is recruiting a Sheet Metal Fabricator / Press Brake Setter in Bromsgrove. The role involves setting a press brake, fabricating sign-making metalwork to drawings, and using hand and power tools.

Experience with press brakes and sheet metal is essential; MIG welding is desirable. Permanent day shifts, 40 hours per week, with competitive hourly pay based on experience.

• Measuring and checking finished components to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Working alongside other production departments to meet manufacturing deadlines.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and a safe working environment.

Workforce are recruiting an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator / Press Brake Setter to join an established signage manufacturing business based in Bromsgrove.

The company specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke commercial signage, architectural metalwork and specialist signage solutions for a variety of clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sheet metal fabricator with experience setting and operating press brakes, using power tools and producing high-quality metal components.

Candidates with previous experience in the signage industry will be particularly attractive and will be considered towards the higher end of the pay range.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced production team, your responsibilities will include:

Desirable:

• Previous experience within the signage manufacturing industry.
