The role focuses on governance of external providers, modern blended and digital learning, and national KPI reporting, with hybrid work and two days in Maidenhead office.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the national approach to Safety, Health & Environment capability for one of the UK’s largest construction materials businesses.
We are looking for a strategic leader in training, competence and digital learning to define and govern the SHE training framework for Heidelberg Materials UK.
You will drive standards, influence behavioural improvement, and ensure the organisation remains compliant, competent and future‑ready.
This is not a delivery or instructor role. It is a high‑impact governance, systems and capability leadership position with responsibility for national training standards, external provider performance, digital learning systems and alignment with industry requirements.
