Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking aHealth and Safety and SHE professional to support daily health, safety and environmental activities at the Flixton site. The role splits between the factory floor and office to maintain records and promote safe working practices across the site.

You will identify hazards, monitor compliance with current legislation, and assist with reporting, audits and KPI tracking to drive continuous improvement within a large food manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a health and safety, SHE or environmental role within a manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of current health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site walks to identify hazards and unsafe behaviours.
• Monitor and record SHE performance and KPI data for compliance.
• Assist with environmental compliance and site waste management.
• Collaborate with operational teams to promote a positive safety culture.
• Support preparation of SHE reports and audit findings.
