Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a SHE Advisor for the Llantrisant site to drive Safety, Health and Environmental performance and support our Goal Zero commitment. You will partner with operations to maintain compliance with UK legislation, manage audits and incident investigations, lead risk assessments and training programmes, and promote a proactive safety culture across the site.

This role requires strong communication and data analysis skills to enable continuous improvement and safe, compliant production

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience with ISO 14001/45001 management systems is expected.
• Knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive safety culture across the site and support Goal Zero.
• Act as a trusted advisor on health, safety and environmental matters.
• Support operational teams to ensure SHE enables production and growth.
• Ensure the safety of employees, contractors, visitors and the local community.
• Maintain compliance with HSE legislation and ISO accreditations.
• Support audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Lead risk assessments and TPM-based improvement activities.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness.
• Deliver SHE training and employee engagement initiatives.
• Investigate incidents and track corrective actions to completion.
