Job summary

Greenergy in Manchester is seeking a Group SHEQ Advisor to support health, safety, environment, and quality governance across various operational sites. The role includes ensuring compliance with SHEQ requirements and assisting with internal audits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SHEQ roles, strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple workstreams. Competitive compensation and benefits package includes private medical insurance and enhanced pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-site or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of fire safety and auditing.
• Good reporting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and rollout of Group SHEQ strategies.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with SHEQ requirements.
• Support internal SHEQ audits across sites.

Skills

Experience in SHEQ, HSE or compliance-related role

Knowledge of construction/CDM, fire safety

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

NEBOSH General Certificate

Ability to manage multiple workstreams

Capacity for regular travel

Experience in cultural and behavioural safety initiatives

Good reporting and analytical skills

Education

NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)

Tools

ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
