MBDA is seeking a dynamic Safety, Health & Environmental Advisor for its Bolton site. This hybrid role involves ensuring compliance with safety legislation and providing support across logistics and production areas. Ideal candidates will have a NEBOSH General Certificate and experience in safety compliance and incident investigation.

The position offers a competitive salary of circa £37,000 and additional benefits including a company bonus, flexible working arrangements, and enhanced parental leave.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of safety legislation in the UK.
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering training and briefings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive SHE support within a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain SHE documentation in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Support emergency exercises and drills.
• Lead investigations into accidents and near misses.
