Job summary

Vistry Group is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment Advisor to support safety planning, delivery and review across South West sites. You will ensure compliance with SHE policies and legislation while promoting a strong safety culture on residential construction projects.

The role involves site visits, advising on CDM compliance, and supporting the ActivSHEQ database implementation. Flexible working is available where possible.

Qualifications

• Must have NEBOSH Construction or equivalent diploma.
• Experience in the construction industry and safety advisory roles.
• Member of a professional body, progressing to Chartered status.
• Experience in housebuilding desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify CDM roles and responsibilities for each project.
• Facilitate implementation of SHE policies and procedures.
• Promote SHE culture through site visits and meetings.
• Support data input and utilisation of the ActivSHEQ system.
