Kier Group is seeking a SHE Advisor for the Maple Lodge project team in Rickmansworth. Location: Maple Lodge Sewage Treatment Works, with some working from home; 45 hours per week with flex where feasible. The role focuses on safety, health and wellbeing across development, pre-construction and delivery stages.
You will review safety docs, advise project teams, conduct site checks, support investigations and drive a positive safety culture with stakeholders and subcontractors.

As a SHE Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Maple Lodge project through its development, pre-construction, mobilisation and delivery phases. You'll provide professional Safety, Health and Wellbeing guidance to operational and project teams, with a key focus on reviewing and assuring construction health and safety documentation. Working collaboratively with project teams, designers, operational managers, subcontractors and stakeholders, you'll help ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across the project.
