Velocity Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for SHDF/retrofit works in Redhill, overseeing day-to-day delivery in occupied residential properties. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and schedules, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will bring experience in SHDF/retrofit projects, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of health and safety on live sites. The role offers a competitive salary and a long-term opportunity within a growing contractor.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment.
• Experience delivering SHDF, retrofit or energy efficiency programmes would be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and site management procedures.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage projects within occupied residential properties.
• Relevant site management qualifications, such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day SHDF and retrofit projects.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and labour to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed on site.
• Monitor quality and compliance with building regulations.
• Coordinate programmes of work and project schedules.
• Liaise with clients, residents and project team.
• Minimise disruption to residents in occupied properties.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and progress meetings.
• Record site data and health & safety documentation.
