Job summary

Reed Technology is seeking a talented SharePoint Specialist to design and deliver enterprise‑level Microsoft 365 solutions. This hands‑on role focuses on scalable, user‑focused implementations, governance, and Power Platform initiatives.

You will own the development, governance, and optimisation of SharePoint Online while supporting collaboration, document management, business process automation, and improved information management across our organisation.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience delivering SharePoint solutions in production environments.
• Understanding of SharePoint development and integrations.
• Strong SharePoint administration skills with interest in a full SharePoint specialist role (development, administration, PM).
• Some knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Experience with data governance, document management, and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SharePoint Online solutions (intranets, document management, collaboration platforms).
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks (permissions, site structures, lifecycle management).
• Define document management standards (naming conventions, version control, content structure).
• Develop solutions using SPFx, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Build and support integrations across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and external systems.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate in SharePoint-led environments.
• Design and manage information architecture (metadata, taxonomy, search optimization).
• Deliver business process automation to support operational workflows.
• Ensure security, compliance and data governance standards are met.
• Support deployment, release management, and BAU activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
