Job summary

DGH Recruitment Limited in London is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to shape the architecture across SharePoint SE and Online. The role blends hands-on development with enterprise platform administration in on-premises and cloud environments.

You will lead modernization efforts, design enterprise solutions with SPFx, React, TS and REST APIs, and manage governance, security and performance across tenants.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience administering and developing SharePoint SE/Online.
• Strong expertise in SPFx development and front-end tech stack.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end practices.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.
• Solid C# and .NET for backend/integration development.
• Experience administering SharePoint on-premises incl. patching, upgrades and governance.
• SQL Server design, development and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the SharePoint architecture roadmap across SE and Online.
• Lead modernization moving classic to modern SharePoint.
• Design and develop enterprise-scale solutions using SPFx, React, TS, REST APIs, Graph.
• Maintain SharePoint on-premises and cloud platforms including site topology and branding.
• Administer tenants, service apps, web apps, site collections, permissions, authentication, governance.
• Own end-to-end support model for SharePoint platforms and custom solutions.
• Perform regular updates, patches and service packs to maintain stability and compliance.
• Monitor performance, availability, capacity and storage; manage site lifecycles.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience administering and developing solutions for SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) and SharePoint Online.
• Proven expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.
• Strong experience integrating SharePoint solutions using RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph.
• Solid experience with C# and .NET Framework for backend and integration development.
• Hands-on experience administering SharePoint on-premises environments, including patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with SQL Server design, development, and optimization.
