Job summary

Constant Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Specialist to join a growing UK consultancy working with real client projects. You will understand how clients use SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, and help design and implement collaboration and document management solutions.

This fully remote UK role offers exposure beyond pure support, with training, progression, and opportunities to deliver intranet and workflow solutions using Power Automate, PowerShell and security best

Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to deliver solutions beyond pure support.
• Understanding of how businesses use collaboration tools.
• Experience with Power Automate or willingness to learn.
• Good communication and confident with users/clients.
• Migrations into Microsoft 365 is nice to have.
• Basic PowerShell or scripting is nice to have.
• Awareness of security and compliance features is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand how they use SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Support the design and implementation of collaboration and document management solutions.
• Help deliver intranet and workflow solutions.
• Build automations using Power Automate.
• Support migrations from legacy or on-premise environments.
• Assist with documentation, testing, and project delivery.
• Learn and apply Microsoft security and compliance best practices.
