Experis is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to deliver a Microsoft 365/SharePoint solution. The role is a consulting assignment (initial discovery of ~4 weeks) leading the design and migration of a large-scale SharePoint Online document management environment from a legacy system, ensuring security, compliance and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience in greenfield SharePoint environments.
• Ability to scope out Greenfield projects with business stakeholders.

Experis are partnering with a Leading Professional Services organisation who have been embarking on a major digital transformation of various area of their business. Experis are now supporting with their Sharepoint project, whereby we are looking for a Microsoft 365/Sharepoint Solutions Architect to lead the design and migration of a large scale document management platform.

This is a consulting role, acting on behalf of Experis and is the first phase of a longer statement of work project.

The organisation currently operates on a legacy system and are looking to implement a new Sharepoint Online based document management environment, migrating a large number of documents, while ensuring security, compliance, accessibility and business continuity throughout the transition.

This is a highly visible greenfield project with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to shape up the future state architecture and migration strategy from the ground up.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solutions
• Expedience delivering greenfield Sharepoint environments
• Excellent experience in scoping out a Greenfield project, working with the Business to define and detail Project schedules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
