Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect in the UK with deep expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Exchange, both on premises and in the cloud. The role focuses on leading discussions, delivering assessments, and guiding customers through modernisation and hybrid configurations.

The successful candidate will join a team of industry experts, travel for onsite deliveries, and build long-term relationships while evolving with emerging technologies from Microsoft.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of SharePoint (Server & Online) and Exchange Server.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SharePoint/Exchange solutions including migrations.
• Experience in modernisation, hybrid configurations and service optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discussions on Microsoft technology investments and roadmaps.
• Provide education workshops, assessments and expert guidance.
• Deliver proactive services and maintain accreditations.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure delivery milestones.
• Travel for onsite deliveries and training as required.
• Collaborate with Microsoft consulting practice and product groups.
• Analyse problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
